Refund Policy

If you find it necessary to return any product(s) you've ordered from us for a refund, the following procedures will be followed:

If you receive faulty or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery, please promptly contact us by phone or email. Provide your order reference and details of the issue for assistance. Our team will assist in determining the best course of action for resolution.

Faulty products:
Should product develop a manufacturing related issue, we encourage you to get in touch with us to arrange a return and inspection of the item.

We'll request you to return the product for inspection and, if necessary, repair or replacement. Alternatively, we might advise you to take the product to an authorised repair agent near you for further assessment of the fault.

Please refrain from attempting to repair any fault yourself or engaging third-party services without our explicit approval, as doing so may void manufacturer warranties and consumer protections.


Change of Mind Returns:
Should you decide to return the product(s) due to a change of mind or an incorrect choice, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion, provided that:

You contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation and provide details of your purchase, reason for return, and order details. You return the product in its original packaging within 14 days at your own expense. Upon receipt at our premises, the product must be in unused, resale-able condition. The product should not have been installed, assembled, or used and must remain in its original state. For electronics/electrical items, the original external seal and packaging must be intact. Upon receipt, our technical department will inspect the product to ensure it meets the above criteria.

A restocking charge of 15% of the order value will be applied to cover administrative costs for change of mind returns processing. If the returned product does not meet the return criteria, we'll contact you to discuss further steps.

Certain products are not eligible for return due to a change of mind, including:

  • Toilets and related products for hygiene reasons.
  • Plumbing components for hygiene reasons.
  • Kitchenware removed from its original packaging for hygiene reasons.
  • Products specially procured or modified to meet your order requirements.
  • Consumable items (e.g., cleaners/fluids) with broken original packaging or seal.
