Shipping & Pickup:

• FREE Courier Delivery to North & South Islands for orders exceeding $400 (Doesn't include bulky freight).
• For the North Island - orders below $400, courier delivery incurs a flat rate of $10 per order for residential deliveries or $17 per order for rural deliveries within the North Island.
• For the South Island - orders below $400, residential area delivery incurs a flat rate of $15 per order. Rural South Island deliveries below $200 incur a flat rate of $20, orders between $201 - $399 are $25.
• Certain items may be restricted from courier delivery and will require shipping via road transport at an additional cost.
• Some items may be excluded from courier delivery due to their size, weight, or classification as Dangerous Goods. These items will be shipped via road transport, with the transport cost to your location displayed on the product page.

Road Transport Costs:

• North Island: $120
• South Island East Coast & Southern: $160
• South Island West Coast: $180

Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 working days for courier services, or 7 days for road transport. However, in cases where an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be promptly notified.
